Covid-19: Stop panic buying, essential goods in sufficient supply, says Domestic Trade Minister

Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi said the public need not engage in panic buying and assured that the country has an adequate supply of essential items.
Nanta said that on Tuesday, adding that 2,500 enforcement officers nationwide would visit supermarkets and convenience stores to ensure they restocked essential items and did not raise prices.
