Covid-19: Three Kuala Langat housing areas placed under enhanced MCO after cluster detected

Three housing estates in Kuala Langat - Taman Langat Utama, Taman Langat Murni 1 and Taman Langat Murni 3 – have been placed under an enhanced movement control order (MCO) after 20 foreign workers living in a hostel in the area were found to be Covid-19 positive when their company sent them for screening at a clinic.

Editor's note: Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri later clarified that the three areas have been placed under administrative control by way of the Movement Control Order (MCO) in which residents can still go about their daily activities but have to undergo close health screening to curb the spread of Covid-19.
