Covid-19: Vaccine doses to go up to 20,000 daily by July in Negri Sembilan, says Khairy

The number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered in Negri Sembilan will go up to 20,000 a day by July, says Khairy Jamaluddin.

The National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating minister said that on Tuesday (June 22) adding that with the increase in number of doses, 80% of the eligible recipients in the state should be inoculated by the end of October, two months sooner than the initial target.

Khairy also said two vaccination centres for industries will also be opened in the state, adding that 46 companies with some 15,000 workers have registered under Public-Private Partnership Covid-19 Industry Immunisation Programme (Pikas) in the state.
