CyberSecurity Malaysia has resolved 164 email scam cases, says minister

CyberSecurity Malaysia has successfully resolved 164 cases of email scams and phishing within 24 hours, says Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo.

Speaking in the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (Dec 5), Gobind highlighted that the ministry, through CyberSecurity Malaysia, has implemented several strategic initiatives to raise awareness about email scams and phishing threats.

He added that the ministry is also working closely with the private sector and cybersecurity experts to share knowledge, enhance threat intelligence, and develop innovative solutions to combat data phishing.
