Death toll from China storms rises to 15, hundreds injured

At least 15 people have died and tens of thousands have been evacuated after severe storms and flooding battered central and southern China.

Authorities issued the highest-level flood warnings in parts of Guangxi, where a dam breach, widespread power outages and more heavy rain have heightened the emergency.
