DPM: Govt plans to introduce two new ways to curb dengue

In efforts to fight dengue from spreading in the country, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Wan Ismail said the government plans to release mosquitoes that have been injected with Wolbachia bacteria in 10 localities beginning this July, to strengthen dengue control activities.
She also said artificial intelligence will also be used to predict and identify areas that have been affected by the disease, when met at the Parliament lobby on Tuesday.
