DPM: Predictive tech needed to combat extreme weather

With climate change and extreme weather presenting growing challenges, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof emphasised the critical need for scientifically backed predictive technology.

Speaking to reporters after launching the I-Nation Global Summit 2024 in Kuala Lumpur on Monday (Dec 2), Fadillah, who also serves as the Energy Transition and Water Transformation Minister, highlighted the importance of leveraging predictive tools to mitigate disaster impacts and help communities prepare for potential outcomes.
