Dr Adham: Over 93% of adults in M’sia have received one dose of the vaccine

Only 1.8% of the adult population in Malaysia have yet to complete their vaccination before the country achieves its target of 80% adult population vaccinated under the national immunisation programme.
Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba said this during his working visit to the OKU Sentral drive-through vaccination centre (PPV) in Larkin on Sunday, adding that starting September, the coverage rate would be higher in certain states that still recorded low vaccination rates, namely Kelantan, Pahang, Kedah, Perak and Sabah.
