Dr M decries decision to only allow Royal Address at May 18 Parliament meeting

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has decried the decision by the Dewan Rakyat to only allow the opening address by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong during a one-day meeting on May 18, claiming that it did not fulfil the rules of the August house.
The former prime minister said this in a video message on Wednesday.
Dr Mahathir said that he had been waiting for a chance to explain his motion to table a vote of no confidence against Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, which was accepted by the Dewan Rakyat.
