Dr M: Difficult to fulfil Pakatan GE14 pledges without two-thirds majority

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the government has fulfilled most of its promises but still faced difficulty in amending and abolishing certain laws without support from the Opposition bloc.
He elaborated on this after being asked at a press conference on Saturday to comment on Malaysia’s Corruption Perception Index (CPI) 2019 which jumped 10 places to 51 compared to the previous year.
