Drag circuit to be built in Sepang next year, says Adam Adli

A new drag racing circuit will be built in Sepang, Selangor, next year to boost motorsports development, said Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Adam Adli Abd Halim.

He told the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Oct 29) that RM2mil in internal funds from the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) will kickstart the project, estimated to cost between RM6mil and RM8mil.
