Lung diseases are among the top three causes of hospitalisation and death in Malaysia, says Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.

The Health Minister said chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) affected a significant portion of the population.
