e-Aduan system for gig workers set to be launched tomorrow, says Ramanan

Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri R. Ramanan said the ministry will introduce the e-Aduan system starting Wednesday (April 1), allowing gig workers to file complaints related to their work.

He added that the ministry aims to resolve complaints within 21 working days, depending on the complexity of each case.
