A e-hailing driver pleaded not guilty at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Tuesday (July 13) to a charge of improper use of network facilities by sending offensive communications to a political party and a special officer to the Prime Minister via Facebook.
36-year-old Mahadi Mahbol was charged with knowingly making and initiating the transmission of the offensive communication with the intention of annoying others by using the profile name "Mahadi Bin Mahbol" on Oct 15, 2020.
