An eatery in Chonburi, Thailand is benefitting from the power of social media after customers began uploading pictures of their reasonably priced rice and basil fried meat online.
The store’s owner, a 28-year-old woman, said her business was not doing well until she changed her serving plate to large trays about four months ago.
She serves a large quantity of rice, chicken and pork, with each dish priced at 40 baht (US$1.15). It costs an additional 10 baht (US$0.30) to add a sunny side up egg.
