Sprinter Eddy Bernard is Malaysia’s first medallist in the Paris Paralympics after he took the bronze medal in the T44 men’s 100m race.
The 23-year-old from Beluran, Sabah finished his race in 11.58s at the Stade de France Stadium on Monday (Sept 2).
Meanwhile, shuttler Cheah Liek Hou is one step away from defending his gold medal in the men's singles SU5 (upper body impairment) final against Indonesia's Suryo Nugroho.
