Education Ministry to narrow Sabah, Sarawak rural learning gap, says Fadhlina

The Malaysian Ministry of Education (MOE) is committed to bridging the education gap in the remote areas of Sabah and Sarawak, with a primary focus on refurbishing dilapidated schools, says Fadhlina Sidek.
Speaking after the Malaysia Teacher Prize 2023 ceremony on Sunday (Nov 5), the Education Minister added that in line with Budget 2024, the ministry would focus on building new schools in the interiors, without marginalising the two Bornean states.
