Efforts to make S'wak new energy hub to be discussed with Japanese PM tomorrow, says Anwar

The proposal to position Malaysia, particularly Sarawak, as a regional energy hub is expected to be a key topic during a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba on Friday (Jan 10), says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Speaking at the Malaysia Economic Forum on Thursday (Jan 9), Anwar highlighted that the initiative, spearheaded by Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, is a pivotal step in advancing the energy transition sector.
