A developer and contractor were caught off-guard when Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim asked if a school was included in their housing project.

The Prime Minister did this midway into his speech during the groundbreaking ceremony of Residensi Aman Madani in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday (Aug 6).
