Ex-PPBM leader slams Perak govt over freehold titles saga

Former Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia vice-president Datuk Hamidah Osman has criticised the Perak government over the confusion in its intention to award Felda settlers and new villages land titles with a lease of 999 years or freehold land titles. Perak Mentri Besar Ahmad Faizal Azumu told the state legislative assembly last week that they could not do it now as it would be against the Federal Constitution.
