Ex-THP Bina manager charged with RM72,000 CBT involving penalty collections

A former Safety and Health Manager of THP Bina Sdn Bhd was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Thursday (Sept 3) with three counts of criminal breach of trust involving RM72,000 in penalty collections related to a proposed office complex development project in Putrajaya.

Nasahruddin Ahmad, 56, pleaded not guilty to all three charges before Judge Rosli Ahmad.

THP Bina is a wholly owned subsidiary of TH Properties Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a subsidiary of Lembaga Tabung Haji.
