Expect stern action if you break the law during rallies, KL police chief warns

There will be no compromise with anyone who breaks the law during rallies in the capital, warns Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus.
Speaking to reporters on Friday (Oct 3), he said police respect the public’s right to free speech and peaceful assembly, but participants must comply with instructions from law enforcement officers.
