Fahmi: All Asean Chairmanship 2025 event locations to be equipped with 5G internet

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will ensure that all locations for the Asean Chairmanship-Malaysia 2025 are equipped with 5G internet connectivity, said Fahmi Fadzil.

Speaking at a press conference following the Cabinet meeting on Friday (Oct 25), the Communications Minister also mentioned that the Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama) and the Department of Broadcasting Malaysia (RTM) have been selected as the official media and main broadcaster for Asean Chairmanship 2025.
