Fahmi vows to effectively communicate Govt’s achievements

Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil has apologised to PKR members for the Federal Government’s failure to adequately communicate its achievements and policies, saying emotions can sometimes overshadow performance.

Speaking at the 2026 PKR National Congress on Sunday (Aug 16), the PKR information chief said recent state elections showed political communication had shifted towards emotion, echoing Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s remarks a day earlier that strong economic figures meant little if the Government failed to connect with the people.
