The Federal Court on Monday (Mar 1) dismissed the appeal by National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFCorp) and its executive chairman, Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail over their defamation suit against Permatang Pauh MP Nurul Izzah Anwar and PKR.
