Rescuers resumed preparations on Tuesday for a third operation deep into the Tham Luang cave complex in northern Thailand to free four remaining boys and their football coach in a race against time and monsoon weather. Technology billionaire Elon Musk tweeted that he visited the cave and left the rescue team with a "kid-sized" submarine his company SpaceX had built.
