Flooding in southern Thailand leaves residents stranded

Heavy rain caused flooding in Hat Yai district in Thailand’s southern Songkhla province on Saturday (Nov 22).

Hat Yai municipality declared a severe flood emergency and issued a “red flag” evacuation order for 103 communities.
