Floods in Nepal 'exploded like a bomb,' say victims and survivors

Survivors and victims of the deadly Nepal flash floods and mudslides said the disaster arrived without warning and "exploded like a bomb".

Many relatives in Kathmandu are still desperate and awaiting news of their loved ones as authorities said some 1,300 people were reported missing and the death toll rose to 270 as of Aug 27 afternoon.
