Floods: Victims may lodge police reports online for smoother insurance claims

Johor police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat says flood victims may lodge a police report online to make their insurance claiming process smoother.

He said the police’s e-Reporting website allows the public to lodge a police report without having to visit a police station physically.
