Published on 5 Oct 2026 8:01:18 PM

Tali Berkovich-Manes was standing outside an airplane lavatory, waiting for her six-year-old daughter, when she heard noises from behind the cockpit door. Within moments, her flight home turned into what she calls "a chain of miracles."

She alerted a nearby crew member of the commotion and when the cockpit door swung open, she saw the co-pilot of Flydubai flight 1073 attacking the captain.
