Former GLC executive pleads not guilty to nine false document charges

A former senior executive of a government-linked company pleaded not guilty at the Shah Alam Sessions Court on Wednesday (Oct 28) to nine charges of using falsified documents to obtain advances and claims totalling RM15,288 between 2022 and 2023.

Mohd Nizam Ibrahim, 50, was accused of presenting fake company quotations and cash payment receipts as genuine to obtain the payments from an industry and technology research organisation.
