Former ministry comms chief acquitted of bribery charge after paying MACC compound

A former government communications official has been acquitted of a three-year-old bribery charge after paying a compound to the MACC.
Nur Fazreen Mohamad Kamal, a mother of four, had faced a charge of receiving RM5,268 from a woman, allegedly as partial payment for a gold bracelet, in exchange for verifying rental services for a company.
