FT minister on relaxed rules for hawkers: It’s not free for all

Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa on Sunday said Kuala Lumpur City Hall had relaxed regulations for hawkers to do business in the city.
However, he said not all places had been designated as trading zones and the hawkers must discuss with the residents’ representatives and City Hall before starting their business.
