During his press conference on Thursday, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said there are two separate standard operating procedures for flights, with those flying to Sabah and Sarawak allowed to fly at full capacity, as passengers who disembark will have to undergo compulsory quarantine as directed by the state governments.
He said the same applies to flights from international destinations as passengers will be quarantined as well.
“For intra-peninsula destinations, flights can only fly with 66.4% passenger capacity, as social distancing needs to be observed,” he said in a press conference on Thursday.
