Gotcha! Not... Raid on noisy dance club reveals it's not open after all

A team of enforcement officers from Penang Island City Council (MBPP) raided a dance club Wednesday night after hearing music and seeing light at the premises, only to discover that the club was not open for business after all.
Assistant senior engineer Mohammad Badri Zakaria, who led the raid, said 34 entertainment outlets checked by the MBPP complied with the order to close their outlets during the two weeks of MCO.
