Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein told reporters in a virtual conference on Monday that the reason why the government would only relax Covid-19 restrictions in states placed under Phase 2 and beyond of the National Recovery Plan is because it did not want to put further strain on the public hospitals that are treating Covid-19 patients.
