Govt to consult Chief Secretary before releasing Tabung Haji RCI report, says Anwar

The Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) report on Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) will be released soon, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Anwar told reporters on Thursday (July 23) that he would consult the Chief Secretary to the Government on whether the report must first be tabled to the Cabinet.

He said the Cabinet had already agreed that the report should be made public but delayed its release to allow TH to complete reforms and address past irregularities.
