Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says mismanagement and poor governance at the top can directly affect farmers and ordinary Malaysians at the grassroots.

Speaking at the closing of the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Exhibition (Maha) 2026 on Sunday, Anwar said his responsibility is to ensure governance follows the law and that efforts to curb corruption and abuse go beyond political rhetoric.
