Independent men’s singles shuttler Lee Zii Jia finished as the runner-up of the Malaysia Masters. He went down fighting to Denmark’s world No. 1 Viktor Axelsen 6-21, 22-20, 13-21 in the final on Sunday (May 26).
Despite the defeat, the 26-year-old can hold his head high after reaching his second consecutive final following his triumph in the Thailand Open last week.
