Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng is to be charged for a second time in two days on Tuesday (Aug 11).
Lim and businesswoman Phang Li Koon are expected to face graft charges while Lim’s wife Betty Chew Gek Cheng is facing charges under the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act.
