Hairdressers’ plea: Allow us to reopen

Hairdressers want the government to allow them to reopen after they have been directed to close since the movement control order was enforced on March 18.
The Star spoke to two hairdressers - Kelly Shiyoke Chen and T. Rajan - who said they have been without any income for the last two months.
The others in the industry also face the same predicament and they say if they are not allowed to reopen, they may have to wind up their business.
