Health DG: 19 Covid-19 cases involving variants found, 7,748 new infections, 86 deaths

Nineteen cases have been recorded in the country involving variants of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Covid-19, said Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said that and announced that Malaysia recorded 7,748 new Covid-19 and 86 Covid-19 deaths on Friday (June 4).
