Health DG: Critical care units in Covid-19 hospitals stretched thin

The current usage of critical and intensive care unit beds dedicated to treating Covid-19 patients in the Klang Valley has now reached over 88%, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general warned that the country’s healthcare capacity for Covid-19 would reach a critical stage if the new cases trend continues to rise, and urged everyone to follow the guidelines and SOP that have been set by the Health Ministry in order to break the chain of infection.
