Health DG: No ministry staff infected from treating Covid-19 patients

None of the Health Ministry’s staff has contracted Covid-19 from treating patients infected with the disease, says Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said those who were tasked with looking after Covid-19 patients at isolation wards or intensive care units were instructed to don personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
He was responding to accusations that the ministry had failed to properly protect their staff from Covid-19.
