Health Ministry: Only 69 of 4,000 Covid-19 cases are sporadic

Out of the nearly 4,000 Covid-19 cases in the country, 69 have been identified by the Health Ministry as sporadic - these are cases where the source of infection cannot be traced.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said that at a press conference in Putrajaya on Tuesday (April 7), adding that these were detected from tests that were conducted on patients who have influenza-like illness (ILI) and Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI).
The Health DG also said most of the Covid-19 cases were found to be linked to other clusters.
