Health ministry to review Covid-19 data models to decide if MCO will be extended

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the Health Ministry will review its data models on Thursday to see if Malaysia could still experience an exponential growth of Covid-19 cases.
He added that the findings would provide a guidance for the government to decide whether the movement control order (MCO) would be be extended or not.
He said the ministry officials would meet with Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Friday morning to present their proposals.
