Hearing on e-hailing driver’s application for judicial review postponed to May 18

The next hearing for an application by a female e-hailing driver for a judicial review on the Human Resources Ministry’s rejection for her to hear her case in the Industrial Court has been fixed for May 18.
The e-hailing driver known as Ivy claimed that she was unfairly sacked by her company and wished to challenge the decision in the Industrial Court.
