Hisham: 191 Malaysians still stranded abroad

Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein on Wednesday said of the total of 191 Malaysians stranded abroad in a critical situation during the Covid-19 pandemic, 189 of them are from a religious group who went to India.
He added that some of them have been detained for misusing their travel visas while others are still in quarantine.
So far, more than 23,000 Malaysians have been brought home by the government.
