Hostel warden fined RM8,000, jailed one day for accepting bribe

A 36-year-old school hostel warden from Bagan Datuk has pleaded guilty at the Sessions Court in Ipoh, Perak to accepting a bribe four years ago.
Muhamad Rozi Ahmad Puad, who was unrepresented, was fined RM8,000 in default eight months' jail and also jailed for a day by Sessions judge S. Indra Nehru on Wednesday (Oct 13).
