The Human Resources Ministry is exploring ways to incentivise employers to encourage flexible working hours, says its minister.
Steven Sim told reporters on Friday (April 19) that the ministry will provide advisory services to employers through agencies such as Talent Corporation Malaysia Bhd and Social Security Organisation on the necessary measures for implementing flexible working arrangements.
